I have been attending the Continence service for about 3 months, I now feel I no longer need the sessions as my confidence is much better. I am really grateful for the security they have given me by suggesting I can come back for further help and assistance at anytime.

It's great to hear that you found Julia's support so helpful. We know that if people take on board the advice they've been given they can see an improvement in 3 months. This often comes as a surprise especially if they have battled with symptoms for years! Our service is open access and we run telephone and video consultation sessions that people can request if they need any further advice. I hope you continue to improve.
