I was admitted to Dorchester Hospital with a suspected kidney stone and I was in some discomfort and distress.
I really wanted to praise Ann the receptionist there whom gave me great reassurance and assistance as well as helpful advice also.
Thankfully the issue turned out to be something else and not a kidney stone but I still really appreciated her help and feel this should be communicated on to her. The doctor I saw was also really helpful.
I've been given tablets and I feel much better now.
"Great help from a receptionist"
