I came in today for knee surgery as an NHS patient and the service I received was outstanding. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were faultless from the person who met me at reception to the one who brought me coffee. The nursing staff made me feel at ease , the physio was funny and explained exactly what I needed to do and why. I was very impressed with Park Hill and would highly recommend their services.
