"Excellent Service"

I once again could not get an appointment at my GP surgery and was advised to go to this Urgent Care Centre. The receptionist was pleasant and professional after seeing i was upset at feeling so unwell. I only waited for about 10 minutes to been seen by a Doctor who was sympathetic and thorough in their examination and i felt listened too. After prescribing me with tablets I was then asked if i had any questions and advised me to see my own Doctor for a Consultant referral.
