"Poor Care, very poor service, no follow up"

About: Rotherham Hospital

I have been both an in patient and out patient at this hospital since moving in to the area in 1994. I have a number of chronic health issues. I have been in extreme pain for over two years and these jokers have done nothing. I should have had a follow up with in two months - its almost four now and no follow up, I telephone 9 times and we told I would get a call back - none has been received. Last time as an inpatient I has to sleep on some plastic chairs in the corridor because conditions on the ward was so bad. There is a major lack of nursing staff - the doctors discuss your personal details in public in your ear shot as the 3rd person. Also dear doctors what is the point of notes as you don't read them ! I saw a different consultant each day - no info appeared to be passed on My advise to anyone - avoid at all costs
