"A fantastic visit to the imaging dept"

I recently needed an abdominal scan and unfortunately arrived 15 minutes early after having consumed 2 litres of water. The person who performed my scan was walking past and must have seen me looking extremely uncomfortable went to check if I had appeared to the electronic system, called me in within a minute and was very friendly and professional. They talked me through everything they were doing and was highly empathic towards how uncomfortable I was. I was extremely grateful they had called in early and have never received such excellent service. Please pass on my thanks.
