"should not happen in this day and age"

The cleanliness of the hospital is disgraceful. There was a grape under the visitor's chair for the three days i was there. The day staff were excellent, night staff not clear on the patients requirements. follow up appointments have not happened and each time I call the hospital, I am either cut off or put on hold. Could not fault the nursing staff, it is the administration staff whom are at fault
