"Finally sorted!"

About: University Dental Hospital

I went to the Dental University as a last resort as I am not registered at a dentist. I've been to previous appointment at other Emergency Dentists and been completely unsatisfied with the results. This was not the case with the Dental uni. I admit that the waiting time was bordering 4 hours but for free treatment as a busy University, this was expected. The Dentist I spoke to addressed more than the one tooth I was experiencing pain with and I cried with happiness that someone was genuinely bothered about the outcome of my teeth. I'm having three teeth removed at some point that needed removing a long time ago. The staff were lovely and I wouldn't recommend it more. Thank you!

Thank you for your comments posted on both the NHS Choices and Patient Opinion websites regarding the care you received from the Orthodontics Clinic of the University Dental Hospital of Manchester. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff who cared for you, as it is always good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication.

It was also reassuring to hear that you finally felt that the Dentist who attended to you addressed the problems you were having with your teeth. We were also pleased to hear about the staff who treated you and how you would recommend our service. We have passed on your complimentary feedback to the manager of the Orthodontics Clinic and to the staff involved.
