"disgusting"

My daughter has just come home after having a c.section ..They were very good upstairs looking after her..but when she was put on larch ward no one helped her her baby was crying for a fed and nappy change and no one come to help! In the end another lady that also had a c.section a few days before my daughter come to help her feed and change the baby..and trying to get pain killers is like asking for gold. My daughter is home now and where still waiting for them to get pain killers that should have been ready for her to take home .I just phone and was told to call bk to see if there ready..its only taken them 3 days to sort it out..its disgusting ..no one knows what there doing ..can't find your notes baby wasn't given a hospital number. ..we're going to conplain about the treatment or lack of I should say.feel really sorry for any one giving birth at newham ..
