I would just like to say that the George Eliot staff are simply amazing! ..Anna Reynolds and her assistant performed a camera into the bowel procedure on myself and after previous painful attempts by Consultants were aborted..this amazing lady performed a totally pain free experience for me..even removed 2 polyps..then today I was absolutely petrified of having to have a MRI scan as I am extremely claustrophobic..the whole team were excellent and put me at ease..one lovely nurse was just finishing her shift as I was waiting nervously to go in..she got me a drink and even offered to stay behind to comfort me..this goes way beyond the call of duty in my view and I cant praise the GE staff enough..my hubby has had 9 ops in 5 yrs and again..the staff were fantastic..well done GE!
