"Caring staff"

About: Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust

(as a relative),

I visited the Haywood walk in centre couple of days ago with my 89 year old father who had fallen and was unable to move/use his arm. Although the Walk In Centre was very busy with 3hr waiting times forecasted. After x-rays (he fortunately had no fractures) the triage nurse arranged for community nurses to visit him the following morning for further assessment and physiotherapy was required. Thank you to the nurses and radiographer involved in his treatment. I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism from all the staff.
