"Smokers turn my stomach at Royal Preston"

Each time I come to the main entrance my stomach turns when I see and smell the smokers and tread over the butts on the floor. Since smokers do need somewhere to go can I suggest that you ask someone at the Walton Neurosciences centre at the Aintree Hosp. to tell you how they have overcome the problem there?? Their neat little shelter, tucked away form the actual entrance door has worked very well indeed.....not a fag butt in sight.
