I am was shocked today in Ipswich hospital! I am breastfeeding mum a can't found any nursing room there! And staff said just I can feed my baby in toilet!? Are you sure? Did all people eat in public toilet? Why I need to feed my newborn baby in the toilet, where there is lots of bacteria?? But if I start feed my baby in public coffee shop this big problem to others clients, people why you can eat, but mum can't feed baby with breast? Stupid understand and absolutely no respect to baby health at all in hospital!!

Thank you so much for giving us this feedback. We are so sorry you have had this experience which falls so far below what we would expect. We do have quiet areas for breastfeeding throughout the hospital and you should have been advised of this. Is there any way you could contact us directly so that we can apologise in person. Please can you ring us on 01473 702064?
