"relaxed atmosphere"

From the time I entered the hospital on the morning of my day surgery I was seen to very quickly and the staff were so friendly which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend to anybody and cannot praise the cleanliness, homeliness and the warmth and smiles from all of the Hospital staff that tended to me. The staff just seemed so relaxed which is such a difference from what I have experienced in another hospital. Such a shame all hospitals aren't like this. Didn't feel as if i was in hospital and certainly didn't have that hospital smell either. Loved it. Thank you
