"Maternity & Ante-natal"

From the start of my pregnancy to labour and postnatal, I cannot fault the care we received at Whipps Cross. We had read the previous negative reviews and were a little wary but we needn't have been - the care really was outstanding. Yes, occasionally waiting times may be a little long, and some areas of the hospital are tired looking but the staff are really outstanding. During labour I was communicated with and never left alone, I felt cared for and that I could completely trust the midwives looking after me. Post natal care was also good. It is obviously a very busy dept but if you need support you can ask them, and they will help. Both myself, my partner and our baby daughter are very grateful for the wonderful care we received.
