"great experience for an NHS patient"

I had a consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon. The reception staff were very polite and professional. As an NHS patient I felt I was treated with equal dignity and respect as private patients. My consultant took time to explain my condition and the upcoming procedure and made sure I was well-informed. They did x-ray the same day and I saw my consultant twice. The whole experience was probably the best and most reassuring one in years. Thank you very much.
