"Cleaner goes the extra mile to help anxious..."

About: Broadgreen Hospital

Visited the hospital to see a friend awaiting surgery at the Cedar ward. Hospital grounds were vast and we were lost looking for the ward with limited visitng time left. A member of your cleaning staff rescued us from the roads/coridors and walked us a long way across roads and through corridors and left us close to the ward we needed. This member of cleaning staff went the extra mile to help us! Time we were helped was around 7:45pm on Wed 10 June 2015. Hope this staff member is recognised for their customer care.
