"Poor experience"

I was referred to the A&E department on recently in July 2015 as an urgent request by my GP, I attended and was given very little interest by the triage nurse. The triage appeared disinterested and very short mannered!

I was sent back to the waiting room to await a doctor calling me through, whilst sat there a nurse proceeded to attend to what i think was an acquaintance they saw in the waiting room, subsequently the nurse went back through to A&E after the persons return the nurse returned with an X-ray form, the nurse rushed her acquaintance through even though there were people who had been triaged (the acquaintance had not) awaiting X-ray!
