After previous comment on this site - almost laughable that I am advised to go through the Patient Liaison Service (PALS) as they have been dealing with my request turned complaint since 11 May 2015, I have emails regarding this request going back to 03 June 2015 and now hospital are suggesting I should use my annual leave to resolve something that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
