What I liked

The fight in the waiting area. It made the waiting time of 1 hour seem slightly shorter.

What could be improved

The receptionist not taking about her holidays with the other receptionist while I stand and wait. To be seen by a doctor that I can understand what he is saying. An appointment system that is not over booked.

Anything else?

Parking charges are diabolic and the queue on the road is too long. If this was not a government funded organisation it would go out of business with this current economic climate.

We hope that since the opening of our new car parks that you should find less queueing. With regard to parking charges, we understand that this may be under government reveiw in the very near future.
