Just such a lack of consistency. My second midwife made the whole experience an unnecessarily traumatic and truly upsetting one.. Trying to send me home 12 hours after my waters broke.. The care I received afterwards in a ward that I had the privilege of paying £110 was just so poor. No one explained anything, including my notes.. And as to how much damage had been done. The aftercare from a few so called care assistants was genuinely disgraceful.. I understand everyone has tough days.. But working with new mums in such an important time.. In a care facility.. Why would you want to make someone feel so so upset.. Every patient is different so the slate should be clean when you meet a new patient. If you don't love your job find a new one. :( I wouldn't have written a review had it not been for the treatment we have received from the Drs/nurses in children's a and e Last week. We've now visited twice and each experience has made me feel so inadequate I'm now hesitant to go in and seek assistance in the future. Such a shame because the far and few between Drs/nurses that have been incredible have been shadowed by the other 'professionals'.
"Genuinely horrid"
