"Hearing test"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I went for a hearing aid repair and was told faulty part no longer available, and was told a hearing test was required as I had not had one for several years, the technician said they would arrange this.I received a letter over two weeks ago saying I would be contacted in near future for an appointment. As I had heard nothing I rang outpatients services to be told there is a 23 week waiting list, I have had hearing aids for over 55 years if this is near future God help the NHS.
