What I liked
My son had to have surgery involving an overnight stay on neptune ward. The nurses were all very helpful and friendly and accessible.
What could be improved
Although the ward looked quite clean, apart from the nurses changing the bed linen I didn't see any cleaning carried out.
Anything else?
The nurses don't get enough praise, they work long hours and are on their feet a lot. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I felt my son was very well looked after.
