"Inept Service"

About: St Michael's Hospital (Bristol)

I have been repeatedly been trying to re-arrange an appointment with ENT at St.Michaels and have never been able to speak to anyone, I have left messages which they are meant to respond to in 24 hours but they do not ! This is appalling customer service. When I made a complaint to a member of staff,all they could say was we agree with you?. To make matters even worse,while trying to get my appointment brought forward I get a letter from them saying my appointment is now delayed by a month,can you believe such inept and unprofessional behavior. All I am asking is to have my ears syringed,and for this I have to wait 4months. I leave you to make your own conclusions to what must be going on in this department,I would recommend that they have a close look at there working practices. A Very Disgruntled member of the public.
