"Brilliant staff and care"

I visited Cheltenham A&E this morning with some symptoms I was very worried about. I was seen very quickly by the triage nurse who arrange for me to have an ECG. I only had to wait a few minutes for this. The EGC needed to be repeated and blood taken and the two nurses who dealt with me were extremely nice. I was then seen by a consultant who took the time to talk through my symptoms and test results in great detail and I left feeling like they had done everything they could for me. All the staff I observed while I was there were really professional and also very kind and caring with the patients and their relatives.
