"Worst Catering Ever"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Being admitted with kidney failure and feeling quite ill I expected the same sort of care as I received in the Western Infirmary but alas this was not to be. I found the food to be extremely poor. I am also a type 1 Diabetic. I control my blood glucose well and rely on carbohydrates to manage my diet. The food servings are ridiculously small one potato for a 45 year old man. I receive my dinner at roughly 17:15 and then there is no more food till 07:30 the next morning. This means I cannot control my diet the same as when I am at home. A routine I have followed for over 38 years. Will it take a serious hypoglycemic episode to fix this issue. Bring back toast at night.
