Very pleased with the service I received today. All the staff in accident and emergency department were fantastic, especially the consultant who had brilliant interpersonal skills, able to spend time explaining and supporting me. Thank you very much.

Finding time is something that we feel is important, explaining what is happening and supporting, plays a big role in the patient journey through the Emergency department. I am glad you were able to share your experience.
