About: Royal Derby Hospital

I was asked to go to A&E by my own GP. the standard of care from the receptionists, to having an assessment to seeing the doctor and nurse was excellent. very informative, person centered always explained what and why something was happening. Very friendly , approachable and professional . A wonderful and excellent service from every member of staff. Can not fault. Wonderful people.
