"Extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised."

I had reason to visit dermatology outpatient dept today and was extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised . I visited my g.p. on Tuesday this week concerning a mole, chase farm rang me on Thursday to offer me a choice of appointments for Friday. The member of staff on reception was very pleasant and professional, I was seen on time the nurse practitioner introduced themself and put me at ease, doctor treated me with respect and their manner was excellent and I did not feel rushed or hurried and all my questions were answered and I was treated with dignity and respect thank you chase farm.
