(as a service user),

Excellent support by my Care Co-ordinator Julia and excellent service from Chris my new consultant at Millview Out Patients. Julia has always been there for me and this opinion is not just held by myself (was brought up by accident on a course). She also has very good attention to inevitable benefits paperwork.

Care co-ordinators and consultants face increasing workloads partly as a result of increased take up and partly the local and national economic pressure.

I hope these comments can be incorporated in the Trust Performance Management scheme or they can be copied to the individuals. If I do not get a reciept then I will send these comments attached to a hand delivered letter. No need for a complicated response as people are busy. Many thanks.

What lovely feedback to read! I don’t think we will have met, my name is Helen Greatorex and I am the Executive Director of Nursing and Quality here at the Trust.

I will absolutely make sure that both Chris and Julia see what you wrote, and I will make sure that at next week’s Board of Directors meeting, we talk about your feedback in the performance section of the board.
