"Accident and Emergency"

I had a fall on the 8th July in which the fall caused my bottom teeth to go through my lip and was recommended to go to A&E this I did at 7pm on the same day, after being booked in and asked to take a seat I sat there and waited and waited getting very cold and people were coming in and being seen before me even though My lip was swollen and occasionally still bleeding no one called me. I did not see a triage nurse or anyone else,After one hour and ten minutes my husband asked when I was going to be seen and was told there was one other in front of me and it should not be long!! I decided that enough was enough and said I am going home as we live at least 8 miles from Bath and I just wanted to go home. Most disgusted at the wait especially when others are going in before with no apparent injuries as I had.
