"The doctors need to accurately reflect appointment..."

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

Reports and ultra sound scan pictures need to be provided when someone is under the care of another hospital. The discharge summary was far from adequate and did not accurately reflect the appointment that I had. Another doctor was brought in who advised the doctor examining me to air on the side of caution and treat in accordance with the photos taken on the ultrasound that was performed. It appears that the doctor examining me has failed to mention this anywhere- Although the doctor is not concerned - they seem concerned enough to prescribe high dose anti inflammatory tablets until I oould get to see my neurologist? Very very poor !
