I was in overnight for an operation and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to talk through everything with me. I was an nhs patient and was treated like everyone else - it was like staying in a hotel! Would absolutely recommend to anyone - beats normal hospitals by far and wait times were very quick.
