"incompetence"

About: Manor Hospital

Upon attending a 28 week scan, sitting waiting for over an hour, my husband went to investigate when we would be seen. It materialised that we had been allocated to an empty room!!! Needless to say we were a tad unhappy about this. All morning we had been excited to see our twins again and to make sure they were both ok, to be met with sheer incompetence of staff is unreal. If we had Waited around for another 2 hours, we may have been seen at some point, was what we were told... Doesn't give anyone the confidence that the level of care would be competent for the remainder of the antenatal and delivery
