Was transferred from Dewsbury to Pinderfields at 3 A.M not good. While the staff on the ward were pleasant I found it very impersonal when I was sent down for my procedure. I was put in a ward come sitting area come changing room with the public coming and going for procedures, which was very disconcerting and I felt more like a number on a conveyer belt than a patient. The hospital is new and clean and has up to date equipment but lacks that little important personal touch. The food was good as were the ward facilities. Preferred run down Dewsbury for that important feeling of being a person.
"impersonal"
