About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Attended yesterday at the referral of my optician. It was a bit of a wait but it was a comfortable wait! Treated well in very nice, clean surroundings. All staff I came in contact with were friendly & efficient. Went home very happy with the treatment I recieved.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that while you had to wait, you were comfortable and that the surroundings were clean. We were also pleased to hear that the staff were friendly and efficient and made you feel confident that you were in good care. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Ophthalmology Department manager and to the staff involved.
