"Lacking the correct facilities"

About: NHS Ayrshire & Arran

(as the patient),

I was attending a Perinatal Psychotherapy session at the hospital and unfortunately the appointment took place in a ward staff coffee room. The hospital is undergoing a lot of building work at the moment so the constant interruptions from the loud vehicles outside made the session difficult, as did the constant re-boil noise from the water boiler in the room.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear BonnieAngus,

I am really sorry, this is not ideal at all. I will pass this on to the team and I am sure they will attempt to find more suitable accommodation for this type of session.

I hope that any future sessions are held in more appropriate surrounding for your needs.

Best wishes

Eunice
