Don't bother trying to ring the ward they won't answer, my husband went in yesterday with pneumonia and I tried ringin fifteen times to see how he was this morning. He doesn't do mobile phones as he's 76 and it's so annoying that you can't talk to anyone and have to wait till visiting times. I appreciate that they're busy but when someone is worried a non responsive phone is very upsetting.
