"Left worried and stressed"

After MRI following failed shoulder surgery at another hospital, I tried to ask the Orthopaedic surgeon some questions regarding pictures on screen, I was told I was being difficult. I have been left extremely worried as after further treatment and a full 7 months after surgery I still do not have full use of my arm and am in constant pain. I am disgusted that I have had to complain constantly for two months (and counting) to have someone talk me through my MRI result.
