What could be improved
staff appearance often had problems with who is who and the amount of jewels being worn.
staff reducing noise during night especially their mobile phones.
not using mobile phone whilst at your bedside.
not dicussing their previous night private life
staff not speaking to each other in english whilst at your bed
staff acting together not as different teams
staff followed hygienge as they kindly gave me MRSA
that is after I asked a nurse to use hand gel.
very difficult treatment by other staff after this request.
Anything else?
staff need to remember that the patient may feel very vunable whilst inhospital.
patients need to remember that their use of mobile phones at night does cause problems for other patients.
i asked twice to go to chapel or to see vicar but no action taken although later someone said they forgot.
