Dear Bill, Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience with us, this positive feedback will mean a lot to the team. We have passed onto the orthopaedics service managers to share with the wider team. Secondly, we would like to apologise for the lack of parking at Leicester Royal Infirmary. It is no secret that this has been an ongoing issue for staff, visitors and patients for some time now. However, alongside our new A&E, we are currently building a new multi-storey car park for patients and visitors. This will create an additional 400 spaces and is due to open this winter.
