"Horrible Customer Service"

About: Royal Free Hospital

Not much to say...As I did not even had a chance to enter the clinic. I just called( today at the 02078302047 )for information and the member of staff on the phone at the phone was the rudest person ever! It is a shame I did not ask for the name(but probably they would have no told me). I am in a customer service every day and I never dare to speak with a customer in that way...specially if they are calling for a problem! Extremely disappointed!
