What I liked

reception was busy but friendly.

Staff nurse was chatty an informative.

What could be improved

The ENT and Audiolgy departments work well and can't think of any improvements.

Anything else?

I attended a number of day clinics at ENT and everything always goes well . I have heard horror stories from an elderly relative about her treatment by the night staff but the day staff are excellent. They must be just as busy perhaps its the supervision thats at fault.
