On Saturday night 4/7/15 around 9.45pm I took my son for an xray, there was a nurse who looked after my son and I, and made us feel very welcome, they were very polite, I would just like to thank them, what a lovely member of staff you have working there x

Dear Sir/Madam

thank you very much for taking the time to post your feedback following your recent visit to our Accident and Emergency Department at Good Hope Hospital with your son.

I'm sorry to learn that he had injured himself but so pleased that you felt the nurse looked after both you and your son, and that you felt welcomed and cared for.

I will ensure that your comments are passed along to Sarah Faulkner Operations Manager for Unplanned Care, and to Angela Birmingham our Senior Sister for Accident and Emergency who will ensure that your comments are communicated to all of the Emergency Team, who work very hard to ensure that patients have a positive experience.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for providing your comments, patient and family feedback is extremely valuable to us.
