very nice new building. However totally disorganised . lack of caring staff and respect for patients dignity and confidentiality. Poor communication to patient. by some staff who claimed all the time they were very busy, dispite being seen chatting to each other for what seemed like ages about personal/social life. Patient told they would not be going home that night they needed to stay in , then when patients relative left at 9pm told just after this they would need to be be going home. No concern about patient getting home after 10pm that nigh, a young woman on ownt with no transport or any way of getting home except 20 miles in a taxi alone and vulnerable and feeling poorly and pregnant. Being told off for geting off her bed to walk a little as had cramp. Midwife saying ohhhh shes having a panic attack thats whats wrong with her !! too other staff within hearing of others!! When contacted about this the concern was that they advised she needed to wait for her notes but the were too busy to organise this ....no concern about her well being despite being told she was breathless and had chest pain on mobilising. Am making formal complaints.Unproffesional and uncaring. Total lack of caring or concern for the patient.Where has the care gone in the nhs?
