What I liked

Cheerful, helpful staff on Leverington Ward. Patience of Physio staff, and great encouragement at all times.

What could be improved

I have put 'most of the time' above, because once - and only once - when I asked for help to remove my shirt, the night duty nurse (who I only saw on that one occassion) not only wouldn't help, but, in my opinion was unnecessarily rude. Such a pity.

Anything else?

Except for the above, I think all the staff should be proud of the manner in which they look after their patients. My thanks to them all.
