(as the patient),

After giving birth to my little girl. I took a cardiac response as my bloods dropped, scary situation. staff were outstanding I received 4 units blood and excellent care. Then had 4 infections to find I had placenta in my womb, was taken to theater to remove it. Then on my review I got scan. BP went up. and ended up. in again liver test high. Received scan. The staff if labour suite, kerry Simmons delivered my little girl and got me through that horrendous night. Rachel and bank staff ros got my blood transfusion, ongoing care from Joan ward 17 amazing at her job, also Maggie for getting me through surgery ward 17 was great too.

These ladies do an amazing job everyday I would like to thank each and every one of them for outstanding care. Every person on that ward axillary and students, theater staff-put 100% into there work and I'm truly grateful.

I am now 6 weeks post birth got home yesterday so here's hoping I'm on the mend and can enjoy my family xxxxxxxx

I’m very pleased to hear that you are now back home with your new baby daughter and that you can start enjoying your time together as a new family. I hope that you are feeling better and making a swift recovery.

We know that our staff, at every level, work extremely hard to provide excellent care to our patients, so it’s really heart-warming for us to hear that this has been your experience. I’m very pleased to hear that you were so well looked after.
