"Speedy and helpful service at X Ray department"

About: East Surrey Hospital

(as the patient),

Arrived here early afternoon without an appointment after seeing my GP in the morning.

I was attended to and completed the treatment in less than 30 minutes by helpful and competent staff. My experience could not have been better.

Surrey & Sussex NHS Trust must be a beacon of excellence in the NHS galaxy.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
