Dealt with by very caring staff although extremely busy and under pressure had time to smile and reassure us

Thank you for taking the time to comment positively on NHS Choices website about the staff in the A&E department at the Conquest hospital. They will be pleased to read your posting as it's always encouraging for staff to recieve positive feedback. Staff in A&E work very hard, sometimes under difficult circumstances, and always aim to ensure patients recieve a high quality standard of care.
