Nothing I say here in any respect devalues others who have helped me elsewhere and continue to do so. They are special. I have been treated as an outpatient in your foot clinic with remarkable care and thoughtfulness by the nurses, I feel so safe in their hands not least because I am treated as a person, not an object. I leave feeling better, more confident and with a better understanding. And less pain. What a duo. Having been in a number of hospitals/clinics over the past decade - including "private" care - these two individuals do stand out. They complement each other in a special way, each with their particular responsibilities.. Please pass on my thanks. Your foot clinic consultant is one of the most human, informed and thoughtful that I have met. They exude trust and empathy. They're special. We are are in tune with each other. Thank the consultant, please. When I have been in your reception area I do pick up gripes, frustrations, apparent or real ignorance and all manner of other things. I am sure they receive the same quality of care It is easier to criticise than praise. This is my little attempt to address the imbalance. David Kelly In the next section I can see no mention of foot clinic
